Return and Refund Policy

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for EXCHANGE if APPLICABLE/ ACCEPTABLE 

Please contact twelveelevenart@gmail.com about returning items for EXCHANGE. Item must NOT be WORN or BROKEN. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The CUSTOMER is SOLELY responsible for their own return shipment postage. 

We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of OUR error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

Please allow 7-10 business days after your items have been delivered to process your exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges, all returned items MUST be in new condition with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued.

Conditions

• Items must be returned within 7 business days for exchange to be processed
• Items must be returned UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, and UNUSED

The following items are EXCLUDED and cannot be returned for exchange:

• Free gifts of promotional items 
• Items marked as FINAL SALE and/or DISCOUNTED items
• Visibly worn items 
• Artisan Soaps, Butters, and/or Scrubs
• Items outside of policy window
